Solution 1:

  • On the display of error message click the “verify your credential” and then a new window will open with your bank website page.

  • First, you have to navigate this path “Transaction” > “Banking” > “Add account”.

  • Then you need to link your Bank account with your Quickbooks account then click on the “Connect” > “Ok” button.

  • Then you have click on the Pencil icon and then go into the  “Edit Account Information”.
